Recruitment & Admissions Coordinator
The Springfield College School of Social Work (SCSSW), a leader in MSW graduate education in New England and surrounding areas, invites applications for a Recruitment and Admissions Coordinator. Reporting directly to the Dean, this position’s primary responsibilities include: representing and providing information about admission to the School of Social Work to prospective students in Massachusetts, the Northeast, across the country, and to potential international students; assisting with the development and implementation of student recruitment strategies; and assisting with planning, coordinating, and supervising specific admissions programs or projects.
Successful candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and two years’ administrative experience directly relevant to recruitment and admissions (MSW preferred). Familiarity with college software and shifting online landscape; knowledge of college programs such as: admissions, registration and records, and academic advising; data collection, report preparation and statistical analysis; excellent time management and organizational skills; student recruitment and retention issues, and written and verbal communication skills.
